The United Retailer’s Federation is a peak employer association for retailers. Their aim is to provide members with the best standard and range of service of any employer organisation in the country, and for our members to have access to the most knowledgeable team of professional advisors available.

In order to meet these aims and provide members with up-to-the-minute, professional human resources and industrial relations advice in these complex and changing times, the United Retail Federation has entered into a service provider arrangement with Haycroft Workplace Solutions.

One of the main benefits of membership is access to the United Retailer’s Federation Member Advice Line, where members can obtain qualified advice on any workplace relations issue that affects their business.

We also offer a range of services to members on a discounted fee for service basis, including:

 - Fair Work Compliance Audits:

  • Ensure your business is complying with all the legislative requirements of the Fair Work Act 2009.
  • Audits performed in person or on-line by a former Senior Workplace Inspector with the Fair Work Ombudsman’s (FWO) Office.
  • With the FWO currently running a campaign targeting the Retail Industry across the country, this is the minimum service that our members should utilize.

 - Employee Forms:

  • Sample letters of offer, individual flexibility arrangements, performance management review forms, sample warning, termination & redundancy letters, time sheets, policies & procedures, incident reports, employment contracts ( a must for supervisors), and more.

 - Industrial Advocacy:

  • We can represent you at Fair Work Australia hearings or help with Ombudsman investigations.
