Director: Graeme Haycroft
Graeme Haycroft’s background in this industry starts from the time he pioneered collective Workplace Agreements in the late 1980’s under the Queensland Voluntary Employment Agreement legislation; through the introduction of sub-contract shearing in 1992 and the first successful union-free high-rise construction sites on the Sunshine Coast. He has a proven track record in industrial negotiation and advocacy.

Consultant/Brisbane Office Manager: Anita Moss
Anita has been working with Graeme Haycroft for over 10 years and is the Brisbane office manager and one of our consultants. Anita completed a Bachelor of Business, majoring in International Business and Management in 2004. As a consultant, Anita focuses on providing cost effective results for our clients, and managing employee relations.

Manager Workplace Relations: Rick Baillie
Rick has over 20 years experience assiting businesses with human resources and industrial relations issues and providing optimum outcomes for workplaces. Rick has returned to us following a break when he worked as the regional workplace relations advisor for Commerce Qld and he also ran his own successful workplace relations cosultancy business. Rick is constantly updating his HR/IR knowledge and is currently undertaking graduate studies in Employment Law.

Consultant: Cathryn Seaver
Since joining Haycroft in 2009, Cathryn has familarised herself with the workplace Awards.Being on the ground with the release of the Modern Awards on 1st January 2010, has enabled her to assist employers with determining transitional requirements. The professional employment organisation service available through Haycroft gives Cathryn the opportunity to deliver cost and time effective options to clients. She will take care of all the paperwork and compliance so you can stay focused on growing your business.

Workplace Consultant: Lisa May
Lisa has 8 years experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, most recently as Workplace Inspector with the Fair Work Ombudsman where she spent 5 years investigating complaints and conducting audits to ensure businesses were complying with workplace laws. She has also worked as Human Resources Manager, Branch Manager and as a staff trainer and payroll officer and has a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. Lisa enjoys providing advice and assistance to businesses trying to keep pace with ever changing workplace laws.
Occupational Health & Safety Consultant: Ben Haycroft
Ben has more than 10 years experience in Workplace Health and Safety and Return to Work Rehabilitation Coordination. He contracts his services to Haycroft Workplace Solutions and various other businesses in a wide range of industries. With experience in either implementing OH&S Management Systems or Auditing of Risk Management Systems as a independent accredited provider, Ben can assist with your OH&S needs.

Contract Consultant: Frank Bottcher
Frank has learnt that any successful relationship is based on the degree of trust a customer has in the expertise and ethics of those with whom they do business. When he isn’t working, there is a good chance you will see Frank sipping coffee at Mooloolaba with his family, sucking in the atmosphere and contemplating the meaning of life. Tatiana Porter
Tatiana first worked with Graeme Haycroft in 1998 at the Labour Hire Australia office in Caloundra. In 2001 she helped set up the Brisbane office and assisted in the establishment of the Small Business Union. She remained until 2003 when she left for Sydney. Since then she lived in Perth and Darwin, working in managerial roles in International Education. She is now back at Haycroft Workplace Solutions and will be developing processes and overseeing the growth of the business in this exciting time.
Payroll Officer & Superannuation Administrator: Wendy Sheather
Wendy has taken on the role of Payroll Officer and Superannuation Administrator. Her work involves payroll services and full control of the Superannuation for both Caloundra & Brisbane offices. Wendy has experience in accounting, computers, company legistlations & customer relations. When Wendy is not at work, she is involved in volunteering at the local animal shelter promoting animal welfare & prevention against animal cruelty.

Office Co-ordinator/Payroll Officer: Charis Bottcher
Charis has worked for Haycroft for almost 6 years starting in the role of PA/Recruitment Officer. She then moved into the role of Office Co-ordintor/Payroll Officer taking care of our IT problems, databases, websites, Workplace Buzz newsletters and other administration duties as well as taking on the role of Payroll Officer.

SBU Records Administrator/Payroll Officer: Nicole Renouf
Nicole has been with Haycroft for over four and a half years starting out as Receptionist until moving into the Small Business Union (SBU). After working with our clients taking care of lodging of workplace agreements and the Fairness test/No disadvantage test, Nicole has now ventured into the financial side of the busines taking on the role of Payroll Officer and Accounts Payable while continuing her duties with SBU.

Payroll Officer: Gayle Holmes   

 Gayle has just joined Haycroft Workplace Solutions as a Payroll Officer based in our Caloundra office. With over 18 years experience in all aspects of payroll processing she is more than qualified to help take care of our clients.Gayle has taken over the main payroll processing for our Brisbane clients as well helping to process for our Sunshine Coast clients. She is looking forward to getting to know and working with all our clients here at HWS.

 
Client Liaison Officer: Skye Logan
After starting with Haycroft as a Receptionist/Office Administrator, Skye is now taking on the role of Client Liaison Officer in the Brisbane office. She is responsible for supporting the Consultants with existing client business. This is a new role for Skye and our clients are likely to be meeting with her if they haven’t already within the coming months.

Receptionist/Administration Assistant: Jessica Simon

Jessica is our newest Brisbane Team Member taking over the role of the Receptionist/Administration Assistant. Jessica’s work involves incoming/outgoing mail, greeting clients face to face and over the phone, agreement data entry and day to day running of reception. Jessica is excited to work with each of our valued clients.

 
Receptionist: Taylor Stone
After being the administration junior in the Caloundra office’s newest receptionist. Taylor’s role has expanded to include sole responsibility of incoming and outgoing mail, filing, archiving and the day to day running of reception. When Taylor isn’t answering the phones or doing other various office duties she can be found playing basketball, volleyball or spending time with friends.
 
Administrator: Rachael Kane
Rachael Kane is based in our Brisbane office, and works 1 day a week as an administration assistant while studying a Bachelor in Science (Radiation Therapy) at QUT in the City. Rachael transferred from our Caloundra office and specialises in recruitment for our labour hire clients as well as a myriad of other administrative tasks.
